We want to get a glimpse of what makes you the unique individual you are. So, try to answer using the first ideas that come to mind! We want your raw, reactive responses that paint the clearest picture of who you are, so this should only take about 15 minutes to complete. But first, a few logistics:
- PLEASE ANSWER the 1st FIVE QUESTIONS, (but would love for you to complete the entire questionnaire!)
- Please provide 3-5 PHOTOS before submitting your completed questionnaire. These photos will be used on the website and social media channels. The photos can be anything (a headshot, on a hike, at an event, with family/friends, etc.)
- You will be able to specify which, if any, social media accounts you would like to feature at the end of this questionnaire and provide us with the links.
- You will also have an opportunity at the end of the questionnaire to recommend someone we should feature next!
